Welcome to FunStabs! We want to make sure your unique pieces reach you with care. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
Shipping Schedule:
We ship orders once a week on Mondays. To catch the weekly dispatch, please place your order before 12pm (GMT) on the preceding Sunday.
Shipping Options:
Choose from several shipping options during checkout. Options may include standard delivery, express delivery, or other services provided by Royal Mail. Costs and estimated delivery times for each option will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary based on the shipping option chosen and your location. Please note that the estimated delivery time begins from the day your order is shipped, not from the day of purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping option and the weight/size of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase.
Tracking Information:
For orders using tracked shipping services, you will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Use this information to keep tabs on your delivery's progress.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. FunStabs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries:
If you miss a delivery attempt, Royal Mail will typically leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or rearrange delivery.

Returns and Refunds

At FunStabs, we want you to love your unique pieces. If, however, you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here's what you need to know:
Returns:
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Customized Items:
Please note that customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. We want to ensure you're over the moon with your one-of-a-kind piece, so we encourage open communication during the customization process.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@funstabs.com with photos of the issue, and we will work swiftly to resolve the matter.

Workshop Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment:
To secure your spot, workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations:
Life happens; we get it. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 3 days before the workshop date for a full refund. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Minimum Participants:
Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. In the rare event that a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Participant Conduct:
We aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants are expected to treat each other with respect and adhere to safety guidelines during workshops.
Materials and Equipment:
All necessary mending materials and equipment will be provided unless otherwise specified. Just bring your fits to fix., creativity and enthusiasm!
Photography and Promotion:
We may take photos during the workshop for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know in advance.
